Job summary

ABU ALNAGA CONTRACTING in the UAE seeks an experienced PMO Manager to oversee PMO operations across multiple high-rise and building projects. You will formalize contracts, review specifications, and ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or construction management background, UAE project experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to coordinate with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as PMO Manager in UAE building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, BOQ preparation, cost control, and project planning.
• Experience dealing with consultants, authorities, and project stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PMO operations across multiple building construction projects.
• Formalize, review, and manage construction contracts and project documentation.
• Review and approve project specifications, contract terms, and technical requirements.
• Prepare and review BOQs, project budgets, and cost estimates.
• Identify and resolve building design and project identity gaps during planning and execution stages.
• Coordinate and manage communication with government authorities, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and construction schedules.
• Prepare project execution plans and ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor cost-to-complete analysis, project cash flow, and financial performance.
• Implement effective cost control measures and risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, procurement, and engineering teams for smooth project execution.
• Generate project progress reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
