Job summary

KEO International is hiring an Executive Director for PMCM Services in the UAE. The role carries executive ownership of P&L, governance, and performance across PMCM and Construction Supervision, driving year-on-year revenue growth.

Success requires a seasoned leader capable of steering strategic client development, managing large programs, and upholding QA/QC and HSE standards across a multi-billion-dirham portfolio.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in project and construction management.
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Certification in PMP preferred; membership in a professional body desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own, govern, and drive P&L for UAE PMCM/CS business unit.
• Lead market growth and client development for UAE PMCM/CS.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE, and project management standards.
• Mentor and build a high-performance executive team.
