Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Product Manager for Open Account solutions. You will build and grow capabilities, manage internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely approvals for risk and quality.

You will rollout new product structures (Pool RF, Insured RF, Inventory, SCF) in international locations, collaborate with HO and global teams, and develop sales tools and training to anchor client deals.

Qualifications

• 10 years Transaction Banking experience.
• Experience in Open account solutions product roles.
• Experience in team management.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Open account solutions capabilities of the Bank in line with market trends and client needs.
• Timely develop product and policy guidelines and obtain risk and quality approvals for open account product and deals.
• Rollout new product structures and variants (e.g. Pool RF, Insured RF, Inventory, SCF) in open account space across international locations.
• Rollout offerings internationally in close collaboration with HO and International stakeholders.
• Support commercialization of RF by providing sales tools and training to Advisory / Coverage teams to drive sales.
• Support new deals by recommending pricing, suppliers and rebate offerings to anchor clients.
• Enhance products based on industry trends and feedback from Coverage, Advisory and Clients.
• Collaborate with Channels to develop innovative electronic delivery solutions in international locations.
• Forge and commercialize fintech partnerships to expand product capabilities internationally.
