Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks a senior product leader to drive the FAB Asset Management product range across all asset classes and types. You will own ideation, pricing, governance and lifecycle management, coordinating with legal, regulatory, and distribution teams to ensure a competitive, profitable suite.

You will build business cases, manage the product pipeline, and partner with sales on client responses, RFPs and proposals while embracing FAB AM values and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development, management or strategy within asset management or regulated financial services.
• Hands-on analysis of markets, client demand and competitor ranges; defining fee structures and profitability.
• Solid understanding of investment products, vehicles and distribution mechanics across asset classes.
• Experience responding to RFPs and due diligence questionnaires with high-quality client content.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder workstreams and manage timelines and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Market and competitive analysis across asset classes and product types; benchmark competitor ranges and fees.
• Define pricing architecture: management and performance fees, share classes, distribution economics, breakpoints.
• Design the product: investment proposition, mandate, vehicle, domicile, currency and distribution model.
• Build the business case for new products; own the pipeline and multi‑year roadmap.
• Draft and review product strategy sections of RFPs, DDQs and client proposals.
• Monitor performance, profitability and relevance; drive rationalisation, mergers and closures.
• Act as design authority with Investments, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology.
• Maintain awareness of ADGM and CMA frameworks and report to management.
