Xsolla seeks a leader to head Investor Capital and Relations for the Middle East. Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, you will own relationships with GCC sovereign wealth funds, family offices and government entities, shaping the firm's regional capital strategy and hub presence.

The role reports to Global Strategic Initiatives, with frequent regional travel and a path to Managing Director based on milestones. Expect a high-impact, executive leadership position in a growing gaming finance franchise.

Qualifications

10+ years covering MENA institutional capital from an investment bank, sovereign investor, placement agent, asset manager or family office platform.
Demonstrable senior relationships inside GCC sovereign institutions and principal family offices, with a record of capital raised or partnerships.
Experience marketing alternative strategies to sovereign and family offices; familiarity with Shariah-aware structuring is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own sovereign coverage of GCC wealth funds and government bodies, with senior relationships and investment access.
Lead regional fundraising and pre-marketing for investment vehicles, coordinating with counsel and regulators as needed.
Originate and manage sovereign co-investment dialogues and support strategic financing conversations through to execution.
Advise on hub decisions (DIFC vs ADGM) and lead establishment of the regional office with Legal and Finance.
