• Significant IR or capital-raising experience in private equity or alt assets.

• Strong understanding of regional investment market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams within a global, matrixed organisation.
• CFA is advantageous; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
• Willing to be based full-time in the UAE and travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor relations and capital formation strategy for the Middle East aligned with global objectives.
• Drive fundraising across commingled funds, managed accounts, co-investments and partnerships.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with GCC and regional investors such as sovereign funds and pension plans.
• Coordinate meetings with investment teams and lead investor due diligence processes.
• Structure tailored mandates and partnerships with legal support as needed.
• Share market intelligence on investor appetite, regulatory developments and competition.
• Represent the firm at senior investor meetings and industry events.
• Oversee fundraising materials, Qs, investor reporting, and liaise with global IR team.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance in ADGM and DIFC frameworks.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional IR team across global offices.

About the Regional Head of Investor Relations Role

The firm manages a diversified range of private markets strategies including buyout growth infrastructure and credit on behalf of institutional investors worldwide As its regional presence grows the Regional Head of Investor Relations will own relationships with some of the world s largest and most sophisticated investors The role will also drive fundraising across flagship and regional strategies while acting as a senior ambassador for the firm in the Middle East

Regional Head of Investor Relations Responsibilities

Regional Strategy

Lead the investor relations and capital formation strategy for the Middle East setting fundraising priorities and coverage plans in line with the firm s global objectives

Fundraising

Lead capital raising across the firm s commingled funds separately managed accounts co-investment programmes and strategic partnerships from initial engagement through to commitment and closing

Investor Relationships

Build and own senior relationships with investors across the GCC and wider region These include sovereign wealth funds government-related entities pension funds insurers banks family offices and private wealth platforms

Investor Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for regional limited partners coordinating meetings with investment teams and leading investor due diligence processes Ensure a consistently high standard of service and communication

Bespoke Solutions

Work with investment and product colleagues to structure tailored mandates and partnership arrangements for large regional investors with support from legal

Market Intelligence

Keep a detailed understanding of regional investor appetite allocation trends regulatory developments and the competitive market Share insight with senior leadership to inform product and fundraising strategy

Brand and Representation

Represent the firm at senior investor meetings and industry events strengthening its profile across the region

Reporting and Materials

Oversee the preparation of fundraising materials investor presentations due diligence questionnaires and regular investor reporting working closely with the global investor relations team

Governance and Compliance

Ensure all regional fundraising activity complies with applicable regulatory requirements including ADGM and DIFC frameworks and with the firm s internal policies

Team Leadership

Build and lead a high-performing regional investor relations team while collaborating effectively with colleagues across global offices

Private Equity Investor Relations Experience and Skills
