• Proven track record in M&A or sovereign-grade infrastructure.
• Deep connectivity within the UAE/GCC financial and regulatory ecosystems.
• Disciplined understanding of behavioral data and digital sovereignty.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for institutional partners and regulatory bodies.
• Lead the execution of a $3M seed placement and manage corporate treasury.
• Build and govern the executive team for scaling operations.
• Protect the legal integrity of the coalition’s IP portfolio.
