IQ-EQ is seeking a Client Relationship Director in Abu Dhabi to own strategic client engagements, drive revenue growth and ensure governance, risk and compliance across IQ-EQ services. You will engage with CFOs, General Counsel and other senior decision-makers, leading cross-functional delivery and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Recognised professional qualification and membership of a relevant financial institute.
• Extensive senior-level experience in private equity, funds, administration or related financial services.
• Proven track record owning complex strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for high-profile client engagements and negotiate around fees and SLAs.
• Develop senior relationships with intermediaries and market participants; implement engagement plans.
• Lead quarterly service and relationship reviews covering KPIs, priorities, risks and actions.
• Meet or exceed financial and non-financial targets while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
• Demonstrate market insight and ability to manage multi-jurisdictional complexity.
