IQ-EQ in Dubai is seeking a mid-level professional to own and drive strategic client relationships across private equity, funds and corporate services, ensuring revenue growth and high service quality.

You will engage senior intermediaries, lead quarterly reviews, and collaborate across jurisdictions to deliver tailored solutions while maintaining regulatory compliance and cost efficiency. This role offers a broad, global exposure and a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• You will hold a recognised professional qualification and be a member of a relevant financial institute
• Extensive senior-level experience within private equity, funds, administration, corporate services or related financial services
• Proven track record of owning complex strategic client relationships, improving retention and profitability, and delivering revenue growth
• Excellent leadership, management and influencing skills across functional and jurisdictional boundaries
• Experience across the UAE, DIFC, ADGM and other international financial centres is highly advantageous

Responsabilités

• Act as the key escalation point for high-profile client engagements, managing difficult conversations on fees, SLAs and related aspects
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with intermediaries such as legal advisers, audit firms and consultants
• Lead quarterly service and relationship reviews covering KPIs, priorities, performance, risks and actions
• Meet or exceed financial and non-financial targets, maximizing revenue while ensuring cost efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrate market insight and the ability to manage complexity across clients, jurisdictions and internal stakeholders
