Qualifications

• 3+ years central kitchen management experience.
• 4+ years team management experience.
• 3+ years personnel training experience.
• 3+ years recipe/ menu development experience.
• 3+ years leadership in concept advancement (menu development).
• 2+ years pre-opening experience.
• 1+ year cloud kitchen experience.
• 2+ years supply management experience.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 30 brands in the upcoming virtual kitchen.
• Oversee culinary operations across multiple cuisines.
• Ensure consistent quality and cost control.
• Lead, train and mentor kitchen staff.
• Coordinate pre-opening activities and brand launches.
