Job summary

ConFlip in Dubai is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver world-class dining experiences. You will oversee operations, supervise staff, and ensure consistent high-quality dishes while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a professional kitchen, proven menu planning and cost-control skills, and strong communication abilities. Arabic language knowledge is an added advantage for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen as a Chef or in a similar role.
• Experience in menu planning, cost control, staff management and training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Arabic language knowledge is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure high-quality dishes are served consistently.
• Manage kitchen staff and delegate duties to maintain smooth operation.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Create and redesign menus, and develop new recipes to keep offerings innovative.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
