The role requires strong kitchen leadership, recipe development, pre-opening know-how, and staff training. English fluency is essential; accommodations, meals, transport, and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years central kitchen management experience.
• 4+ years team management experience.
• 3+ years personnel training experience.
• 3+ years recipe/ menu development experience.
• 3+ years leadership in concept advancement (menu development).
• 2+ years pre-opening experience.
• 1+ year cloud kitchen experience.
• 2+ years supply management experience.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities
