Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced Executive Chef in Khalifah A City, UAE. You will oversee all kitchen operations, lead a creative culinary team, and ensure top-quality dishes while upholding safety standards.

You will report to the Executive Director, set up menus, develop recipes, and drive continuous improvement in food quality and guest satisfaction. A minimum of five years in a professional kitchen is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a chef in a professional kitchen setting
• Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a creative kitchen team
• Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of safety standards in the kitchen
• Excellent communication skills and creative problem solving abilities
