Anantara Hotels & Resorts is recruiting for a leadership role in the Restaurant Kitchen at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. The position focuses on organizing kitchen operations, developing cuisine concepts, and maintaining high standards of food presentation and safety.

The role requires forecasting demand, managing costs, and leading a team under the guidance of the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Organize all activities within a Restaurant Kitchen area to ensure safe, smooth running and profitable operation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain restaurant cuisine concepts and standards for food prep and presentation.
• Forecast weekly business demands to ensure efficient staffing and production.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation practices.
• Lead and participate in departmental training to improve service levels and hotel standards.
• Supervise associates including hiring and discipline in conjunction with the Executive Chef.
