Job summary

PPOAR in Fujairah invites an experienced Executive Chef to lead our luxury hotel's culinary operations. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in high-end hotels or restaurants and strong leadership and menu planning skills.

Responsibilities include overseeing kitchen operations, food preparation, staff management, quality control, and compliance with health and safety standards. Salary 1500 AED/month plus benefits, with opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of culinary arts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations of the hotel, including menu planning and food preparation.
• Manage kitchen staff and ensure high standards of quality control, health, safety and sanitation.
• Communicate effectively with staff across departments and other stakeholders.
