Job summary

Reef Al Fujairah City in Fujairah, UAE seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and manage day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include planning menus, purchasing and inventory control, staffing and training, and maintaining food quality and costs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in the culinary industry, be highly organized, with strong problem solving and communication skills, and possess an eye for detail in presentation and taste.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in a professional kitchen.
• Highly organized with strong problem solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with all kitchen staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and eye for detail in presentation and taste.
• Ability to lead and manage a kitchen team both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall kitchen operation including menu planning, purchasing and inventory control.
