Duties include menu planning, recipe development, ordering supplies, overseeing food preparation, portion control, presentation and strict hygiene.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role with a reputable restaurant or hotel chain.
• Excellent leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of food production and preparation techniques.
