Job Title: Executive Chef

Salary: 1100 AED

We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to join our dynamic team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. This is a great opportunity for a passionate individual who wants to take their career to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative menus that reflect the restaurant's style and cuisine, while maintaining a high standard of quality. Additionally, you will be tasked with leading and managing your kitchen staff, overseeing food preparation and storage, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.

The ideal candidate should have an excellent eye for detail, as well as excellent organizational skills. You should have excellent culinary skills and knowledge of a variety of cuisines, as well as experience in menu planning. Furthermore, you must possess strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate your team to produce exceptional dishes. The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is also essential. Previous work experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are open to considering immigrants for this position.
