Want More in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and ensure high-quality dishes with strict hygiene standards. You will manage menus, costs, and staff while delivering consistent, peak-fresh meals for daily service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in an Executive Chef role, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. A culinary background and knowledge of UAE health codes are preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Executive Chef or similar role in a professional setting.
• Culinary degree preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of health codes and safety regulations related to food handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen staff and prepare meals according to recipes.
• Manage food costs, orders, and menus while maintaining quality.
• Train and mentor staff; develop recipes and techniques.
