Abroad Work in Sharjah is recruiting an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall operation of the kitchen, including managing staff and creating a high-quality culinary experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing staff in a professional kitchen environment.
• A good understanding of food safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation.
• Monitor quality control and health and safety standards are met at all times.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentations meet company standards.
• Supervise staff members in their duties related to food preparation and presentation.
• Develop menus that ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.
• Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels on a regular basis.
