Want More in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our restaurant's kitchen. You will create and oversee all menu aspects, blending international flavors with local ingredients, and ensuring consistency across service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
• Proven ability to lead a team of cooks/chefs.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create unique, innovative, delicious dishes that blend international flavors with local ingredients.
• Develop menus that are both seasonal and cost effective.
• Manage all aspects of kitchen operations including budgeting, food preparation, staff supervision, table service management, customer service etc.
• Ensure quality control is maintained throughout the kitchen process.
