Abroad Work in Sharjah, UAE is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all kitchen operations in our luxury hotel, ensuring top quality and consistency across menus and service.

You will lead a diverse team, manage food costs and inventory, and collaborate with events, procurement and safety teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus. UAE experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or 10+ years as a Sous Chef in a high-end establishment.
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine with focus on African or Malayalee dishes preferred.
• UAE work experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain menus reflecting the hotel's culinary concept and standards.
• Oversee food purchasing, storage, and inventory management.
• Train, develop, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality.
• Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas.
