Position: Executive Chef

Are you an experienced Executive Chef looking for a new challenge? Our company in Sharjah is seeking to hire an Executive Chef who can bring their expertise and experience to the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to develop their culinary skills in an exciting environment. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position with a competitive salary of 1000 AED.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running the kitchen efficiently, creating innovative menu items and working with the front-of-house staff to ensure a positive dining experience. The day-to-day duties include supervising team members, managing food costs and inventory, monitoring quality control, ordering supplies and equipment as needed, enforcing health and safety regulations, developing creative recipes and menus, preparing meals according to customer specifications and providing training and guidance to other kitchen staff members.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to think on their feet and have exceptional organizational skills. They should also have an eye for detail when it comes to creating visually appealing dishes as well as great taste in both presentation and flavor profile. It is essential that they have knowledge of food cost management principles as well as health & safety regulations pertaining to the food industry.
