The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in an Executive Chef role, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. A culinary background and knowledge of UAE health codes are preferred but not mandatory.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Sharjah. You will be in charge of creating and managing our kitchen services, cooking high-quality dishes, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen. You will be part of a team that provides quality food to our customers on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff and preparing meals according to our recipes. You will also be expected to manage food costs, order supplies, create menus, handle customer inquiries and complaints, train and mentor new staff members, develop new recipes and techniques, ensure health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen, and ensure that all food is served at its peak freshness. Additionally, you will oversee the cleaning of all kitchen equipment as well as maintaining an orderly work environment.

Qualification Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a professional setting. A culinary degree from an accredited institution is preferred but not required. The successful applicant must have excellent leadership abilities with great communication skills both written and verbal. S/he should also possess strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail as well as good problem-solving abilities. Additionally, s/he must have working knowledge of various cooking methods and presentation styles as well as knowledge of health codes and safety regulations related to food handling.
