We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a passion for cooking, creative flair and the ability to lead and motivate a team of staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation are maintained. They will be expected to create menus that reflect current trends in cuisine, whilst also considering customers’ tastes and preferences. Additionally, the Executive Chef will ensure that food supplies are managed efficiently and cost-effectively, as well as maintaining standards of hygiene throughout all areas of the kitchen.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience working in a professional kitchen environment at an executive chef or head chef level. They must also possess excellent organisational skills, be able to work under pressure and have strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with international cuisine is highly desirable but not essential.
