Executive Chef job in Sharjah UAE
The Executive Chef position in Sharjah is looking for an experienced, motivated chef to lead the culinary team. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high quality meals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and must work closely with the rest of the kitchen staff, as well as other departments, to ensure that all recipes are followed correctly and that all food items are prepared and served on time. The Executive Chef will also be involved in menu planning, cost control and quality management.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively lead their team and ensure a positive working environment. They should also possess good problem solving skills in order to troubleshoot any issues which may arise.
In addition, we expect our ideal candidate to have an understanding of health & safety regulations pertaining to food preparation & service. We are willing to consider foreigners for this position with minimal work experience. The salary offered is AED 1400 per month.
