We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef for a high-end restaurant in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1500 AED. We are open to consider immigrants from all countries.

Requirements for the Candidate

The ideal candidate must have solid experience as a chef, and an in-depth knowledge of international cuisine. He/she must also have a proven record of success in managing and leading kitchen staff. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The successful candidate should also have experience in budget control, food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

The Executive Chef's main responsibility is to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes overseeing the planning of menus, training kitchen staff, monitoring performance, managing kitchen supplies and equipment, creating new recipes, ensuring quality control and maintaining food safety standards.

Education & Experience

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working in professional kitchens. The successful applicant will possess a degree or diploma from a culinary institute or equivalent professional experience.
