Job summary

ConFlip in Dubai is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and culinary team. You will oversee menu planning, training, and budgeting while upholding top food safety standards in a fast-paced dining environment.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will create innovative menus and promotions, manage a large staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A minimum of five years in a head chef role and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Head/Executive Chef in a quality dining establishment (<140 chars)
• Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations (<140 chars)
• Ability to lead and motivate a large kitchen team (<140 chars)

Executive Chef - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation and staff, including training and development, menu planning, and managing budgets. They will ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times. The Executive Chef will also work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage to create new menus and promotions that meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Head/Executive Chef in a quality dining establishment
• Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary: 1600 AED per month (including accommodation) We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
