Job summary

Want More in Ras-al-Khaimah is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and oversee day-to-day operations in a premium restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least five years in an Executive Chef or similar role, a Culinary Arts degree preferred, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.

Executive Chef in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff and managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The successful candidate should have excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious dishes.

The Executive Chef will be required to develop menus and create recipes, plan food production schedules, coordinate kitchen staff activities, order food supplies, ensure quality and safety standards are met, track inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment and monitor customer satisfaction. They should also have strong leadership qualities to motivate kitchen staff and ensure they are working efficiently.

The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel. A degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are all essential requirements for this role.
