We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah! In this role, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff in preparing, cooking, and serving delicious dishes while ensuring consistent high quality and standards. As Chef, you should have excellent organizational skills and leadership qualities. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience in a professional kitchen setting. You should be knowledgeable about food safety standards and regulations. You should also have excellent culinary skills and experience with various cooking techniques and ingredients. Creativity is also essential for designing menus and dishes that appeal to our customers.

As Chef, you will lead the kitchen staff in all food preparation tasks as well as oversee inventory management and stock control processes. You will also be responsible for developing new recipes, preparing special orders, creating daily specials, training new staff members on food preparation techniques, ensuring quality standards are met at all times, sanitation of the kitchen equipment & premises etc.
