Ras-al-Khaimah is looking for a highly experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, creating innovative menus and overseeing the production of delicious meals. The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership and communication skills, a well-developed understanding of food service, and an appreciation for culinary creativity.

The Executive Chef will be expected to create new recipes that are both delicious and visually appealing, as well as oversee the preparation and presentation of meals in accordance with quality standards. They should have experience in managing staff, including training and developing employees in the kitchen. Additionally, they must possess an understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably at an upscale restaurant or hotel. A degree or diploma from a culinary school is highly desirable, as is a proven track record of success in the industry. We are willing to consider applicants from outside Ras-al-Khaimah if they demonstrate the necessary experience required for this role.

This position offers an attractive salary package of 1100 AED per month with additional benefits available upon successful completion of probation period.
