Job summary

Flip retail seeks an Executive Chef for an all day casual dining European concept, to ensure consistency across our three branches and to act as the principal with full kitchen control at all outlets.

You will plan, prepare, cook, and supervise, while refining menus, controlling costings, and maintaining top hygienic standards. A BS in culinary science and UAE driver’s license are preferred; the role demands strong leadership and cross-branch coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Head Chef in European cuisines.
• Exceptional document of kitchen area monitoring.
• Ability to identify and fix problems effectively.
• With the ability of passing on several jobs.
• Communication and management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute food preparation and cooking tasks.
