Executive Chef – Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to join our restaurant establishment in Dubai. Our restaurant is looking to expand its culinary offerings and you will be instrumental in continuing its success.

You will be a creative leader of the kitchen staff, working to develop unique and dynamic menus that stand out from the competition. Your ambition, dedication and commitment to passing on the highest standards of cooking techniques to a team of enthusiastic chefs will be essential.

In this role you will lead the development and implementation of the restaurant’s menus, ensuring the quality of dishes meets and surpasses customer expectations. Working to a tight budget, you will be able to identify industry and customer trends to capitalize on the most profitable dishes and ensure cost efficiency whilst delivering a high-quality product.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree/diploma and have a minimum of 5 years professional kitchen experience. We are also open to immigrant candidates with an equal amount of experience.

Salary: 1200 AED
