You will craft a diverse menu using fresh ingredients, balancing bold flavours with elegant presentation. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong food cost control, HACCP compliance and a passion for delivering outstanding, repeatable quality in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English and another European language or Afrikaans are required.

NOW HIRING HEAD CHEF Dubai UAE Contemporary International Caf Cuisine Premium Casual Dining LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT Fluency in English one additional European language or Afrikaans is mandatory We are looking for an experienced hands-on culinary leader to head the kitchen of a vibrant contemporary upscale casual dining concept in Dubai The successful candidate will have the creativity and vision to develop a diverse international menu using fresh high-quality ingredients combining comforting and approachable dishes with bold flavours modern creativity and elegant presentation This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who understands that great food must not only look beautiful but also super tasty consistent and commercially successful Currently based in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview and kitchen trial in Dubai

• Proven experience as a Head Chef within a premium casual, upscale casual, high-end all-day dining or fine-dining restaurant
• Strong international culinary background with the ability to develop a diverse, contemporary and commercially successful menu
• Passionate about creating really tasty, memorable dishes with bold flavours, using fresh and high-quality ingredients
• Strong understanding of contemporary international caf and all-day dining cuisine, elevated comfort food and modern classics
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, mentor and develop a professional kitchen brigade
• Exceptional culinary standards and a strong eye for quality, flavour, presentation, consistency and attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of food costing, menu engineering, purchasing, stock and inventory management and waste control
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Able to remain calm, organised and effective in a busy, fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English plus one additional European language or Afrikaans is mandatory
