Job summary

India Abroad is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in Dubai. You will manage kitchen staff, design menus, and ensure exceptionally high standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate has at least five years as an Executive Chef in a hotel or restaurant, strong leadership and cost-control skills, plus solid knowledge of food hygiene regulations. Foreigners are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as Executive Chef in a well-regarded hotel or restaurant.
• Experience in an international environment preferred but not essential.
• Strong management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and menu items.
• Ensure all dishes meet highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Control costs while maintaining culinary excellence.
• Plan ahead to ensure tasks are completed on time.
