You will design seasonal menus, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure strict health and safety standards while fostering teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the food industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
• Ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Create menus with seasonal ingredients.
• Train and motivate kitchen staff on techniques and safety.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with Front of House to ensure customer satisfaction.
