Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the food industry.
• Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
• Up-to-date knowledge of food trends and creative menu development skills.
• Excellent leadership capabilities.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Create interesting menus with seasonal ingredients.
• Train and motivate kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies as needed, and take action when any discrepancies or shortages are identified.
• Work closely with Front of House managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times.
