Job summary

Apparel Group seeks an experienced Butler to deliver world-class hospitality for the Chairwoman and VIP guests. The role includes managing executive spaces, coordinating with security and drivers, and preparing refreshments to luxury standards.

Responsibilities cover meeting setup, event support, pantry and inventory management, and ensuring impeccable presentation and discretion in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Butler Certification or Luxury Hospitality certification is an advantage.
• 3–5 years' experience as a Butler or in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star hospitality to the Chairwoman, executives, and VIP visitors.
• Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments to international standards.
• Set up meeting rooms and ensure they are presentation-ready for confidential discussions.
• Coordinate with reception, security, drivers, and assistants to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain pantry, dining area, inventory, and premium hospitality amenities.
• Support travel arrangements and assist during corporate events hosted by the Chairwoman's Office.
