Qualifications

• Experience as a Butler or Guest Relations in luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; East Slavic language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, anticipatory service to VIP guests, ensuring comfort, privacy, and seamless experiences.
• Coordinate daily guest requirements including reservations, in-room dining, transportation, and special requests.
• Maintain strong communication with all hotel departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of guest needs.
• Oversee packing, unpacking, wardrobe care, and handling of personal items with confidentiality.
• Deliver refined etiquette, professional presence, and polished communication at all times.
• Support cultural expectations and preferences of East Slavic speaking guests.
