Redford Recruiters seeks an Executive Assistant (PA) to the CEO and Operations & Sales Coordinator to join a growing UAE real estate business. The role sits in the CEO Office and acts as the CEO's operational right hand, coordinating between brokers, clients, developers and marketing to deliver high-value operations.

You will manage calendars, CRM inputs, lead follow-ups and daily reporting, ensuring a discrete, proactive, and commercially aware approach to support strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CEO's diary, meetings and appointments.
• Organise meetings with developers, investors, brokers, clients and suppliers.
• Prepare documents and action points for meetings.
• Maintain CEO task list and follow up to completion.
• Draft professional emails and correspondence for the CEO.
• Coordinate travel and appointments as required.
• Protect the CEO's time by prioritising requests.
