Job summary

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences is seeking an Events Sales Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for event inquiries and bookings. You will coordinate with clients to understand their needs and prepare tailored proposals, contracts, and event documentation.

Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure seamless event execution and support sales initiatives to maximize revenue and client satisfaction across our hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in event coordination or sales (hospitality background preferred).

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
