Job summary

Terra Solis Dubai, a luxury desert resort, is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead the events department operations for the brand-new desert destination. You will oversee all aspects of event production, from concept to final cleanup, and align programs with the property's standards and guest experience.

Responsibilities include planning and implementing programs, budgeting to meet revenue targets, and guiding the team to deliver flawless, memorable events in a five-star setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role in a five-star hotel.
• UAE/GCC local market experience.
• Strong leadership and budgeting skills.
• Ability to plan and execute large-scale events.

Job Description

• Carries the sole responsibility of the events department operations,
• Accountable for the overall operational guidance across the events operations of the entity
• Planning and implementing programs, policies and procedures to ensure that entity standards are met.
• Establishes and achieves the department’s annual financial budget forecasts, i.e., meet / maximizes the monthly revenue and GOP targets by exercising a constant control of the operational expenses
• Responsible for the planning and execution of events.
• Oversee all aspects of event production, from initial concept to final cleanup.
