Job summary

Terra Solis Dubai is seeking an experienced events professional to manage and execute luxury events for discerning clients. You will consult with customers, personalize experiences, and coordinate with the Sales center, BDMs, and internal departments to ensure flawless delivery.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, organizational excellence, and a proven record in selling and delivering high-end events within a luxury hotel or resort setting.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing, consulting, personalizing, arranging, and executing the events for all Events customers.
• Coordinate with Sales center, Business Development Managers, relevant Entity Departments, and customers.
• Execute all entity events with seamless turnover from Business Development to Service Managers and post-event follow-up.

Job Description

• Responsible for managing, consulting, personalizing, arranging, and executing the events for all Events customers
• Responsible for the total event service process. Coordinates with the Sales center, Business Development Managers, relevant Entity Departments, and the customers.
• Executes all entity events with a seamless turnover, from Business Development Managers to Service Managers, and through to post event follow up. To ensure that all customers are given consistent high level of service throughout each event.
