Job summary

Terra Solis Dubai is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily pool operations at the desert resort. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and exceptional guest service while coordinating with the events and hospitality teams.

The role focuses on poolside amenities, events coordination, safety training, and maintaining records. UAE/GCC experience is preferred, with a minimum of one year in four- or five-star properties.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in a similar role in four- or five-star hotel.
• UAE/GCC local market experience.
• Experience managing poolside operations and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool operations ensuring areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Manage poolside amenities including towels, lounge chairs, and cabanas.
• Plan and execute poolside parties and events with the events team and other departments.
• Coordinate logistics for setup, staffing, catering, and entertainment.
• Ensure events run smoothly and guests have a memorable experience.
• Provide exceptional guest service and address complaints promptly.
• Enforce pool safety rules and conduct regular safety drills.
• Maintain records of pool operations, maintenance logs, and incident reports.

Job Description
