Linkviva in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Production Manager to oversee planning and execution of large-scale event production, ensuring every detail is handled with precision. You will work with internal teams and external partners to manage resources, timelines, and technical requirements for flawless events from concept to curtain call.

• Oversee Budgets & Logistics – Manage production budgets and logistics while optimizing for cost-efficiency and quality
• Solve in Real Time – Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure seamless execution under pressure
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work hand-in-hand with creative, account and technical teams to align on project vision and delivery
• Mentor & Lead – Inspire and grow the production team through hands-on leadership and development

About the Role

What You Need to Apply

Proven experience managing large-scale events from start to finish
