Responsibilities

• Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions, make introductions, and ensure arrangements are agreeable.
• Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information, determine setup, timeline, and guest needs.
• Follow up on special banquet arrangements to ensure compliance.
• Follow all safety policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
