Job summary

Aloft is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing support associate in Abu Dhabi. You will handle general office duties, prepare proposals and contracts, and assist in assembling information packs for the sales process. You will respond to guest inquiries by phone and email and help maintain brand standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic hospitality environment. This is a full-time, on-site position at Aloft.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
• Prepare sales-related documents (proposals, contracts, banquet event orders).
• Promote brand image internally and externally.
• Assemble information packages and collect promotional materials.
• Enter and verify data in sales software.
• Answer guest questions about facilities, services and packages.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients via phone and email.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance and conduct.
