Job summary

Pet Watch, Inc. in Dubai (DMCC) is seeking an Events & Activation Coordinator to lead end-to-end event planning and brand activations, engaging pet owners at parks, pop-ups, and launches.

You will coordinate vendors, manage timelines and budgets, oversee on-site execution, and collaborate with marketing, sales and sitter teams to maximize registrations and bookings. Hybrid work after probation is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in events, activations or experiential marketing, UAE.
• Working knowledge of Dubai event permits and venue requirements.
• Confident engaging the public and pitching a product.
• Strong organisation and budget discipline.
• Hands-on with early setups, full days on-site and weekend events.
• Experience in the pet, lifestyle or consumer app space is a plus.
• Bonus: a genuine love of animals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion.

Pet Watch is the UAE's #1 marketplace for connecting pet owners with certified pet sitters. We're growing our presence across Dubai and looking for an Events & Activations Coordinator to lead it on the ground.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and creative Events & Activation Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end event planning, driving high-impact brand activation campaigns, and delivering memorable brand experiences.

What you'll do

Event Planning & Management

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion
• Develop event timelines, budgets and project plans
• Source and manage vendors, venues and suppliers
• Coordinate logistics, including AV, transport, setup and branding
• Manage registration and attendee communications

Brand Activations & Customer Engagement

• Develop and deliver pop-ups, launches and experiential campaigns
• Create concepts that fit our brand and audience
• Represent Pet Watch at every event, engaging pet owners directly
• Explain the platform and convert interest into sign-ups and bookings

Stakeholder Management

• Work with our marketing, sales, creative and sitter teams to align event goals
• Manage relationships with sponsors, partners and external stakeholders
• Handle permits, contracts and agreements

Operations & Logistics

• Oversee event setup, execution and breakdown
• Supervise on-site staff and volunteers
• Solve problems on the spot and manage issues as they arise
• Ensure compliance with safety and venue requirements

Marketing & Reporting

• Support promotional planning and event materials
• Coordinate with our social media team on event coverage
• Track attendance, leads and ROI
• Deliver post-event reports with recommendations on how we can continuously improve

Administration

• Maintain event records and documentation
• Process invoices and track budgets
• Negotiate with vendors and coordinate travel when needed

What you'll bring

• 2–4 years in events, activations or experiential marketing, ideally in the UAE
• Working knowledge of Dubai event permits and venue requirements
• Confidence engaging the public and pitching a product naturally
• Strong organisation and budget discipline
• A hands-on approach: comfortable with early setups, full days on-site, and weekend events when the calendar requires
• Experience in the pet, lifestyle or consumer app space is a plus
• Bonus: a genuine love of animals (our team is pet-obsessed, and you will be too)
