Furchild Food Stuff Supply LLC in Dubai is seeking a Performance Marketing Intern to join the team. You will build, launch and manage campaigns on Meta and Google, maintain account hygiene, run structured A/B tests, and track key metrics.

You will receive structured training and direct mentorship from the marketing lead, with a potential transition to a full-time role based on performance. The role offers a monthly stipend and a hands-on live ad account experience in a dynamic pet-nutrition

Formación

• Eagerness to learn performance marketing; no prior paid campaign experience required.
• Comfort with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Eligible to undertake a paid internship in the UAE.
• Exposure to Meta or Google Ads (coursework, freelance, own project or certification).

Responsabilidades

• Build, launch and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Performance Max, Shopping).
• Maintain account hygiene: negative keywords, audience exclusions, budget pacing, bid adjustments.
• Plan and run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Brief and rotate ad creatives with the design team to minimize creative fatigue.
• Track ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rate; flag problems the same day.
• Deliver a weekly performance report and a monthly review with recommendations.

Job Description

Performance Marketing (80%)

• Build, launch and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Performance Max, Shopping)
  
• Maintain account hygiene: negative keywords, audience exclusions, budget pacing, bid adjustments
  
• Plan and run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages
  
• Brief and rotate ad creatives with the design team to minimize creative fatigue
  
• Track ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rate; flag problems the same day
  
• Maintain tracking: Meta Pixel and Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs
  
• Deliver a weekly performance report and a monthly review with recommendations
  
• Document every account and process in a shared playbook
  

Other Marketing Responsibilities (20%)

Help with social content, competitor ad monitoring and promotions

Assist with in-store and event activations when needed

Requirements

• A genuine eagerness to learn performance marketing; no prior paid campaign experience required, we will train you
• Comfort with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Eligible to undertake a paid internship in the UAE
• Any exposure to Meta or Google Ads (coursework, freelance, own project or certification)
• GA4 and Google Tag Manager experience
• E-commerce or D2C experience (Shopify a plus)
• Interest in pets or pet nutrition
