Qualifications

• Based in Abu Dhabi or able to commute easily to the project site.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Previous experience as a Production Coordinator, Event Coordinator or Project Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of event production processes and site operations.
• Knowledge of audio, lighting, video, staging and rigging basics.

Responsibilities

• Support the Planning, production, installation, live delivery, dismantling and closure of the project.
• Attend meetings, record decisions and track actions to ensure deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, resource plans and milestones.
• Maintain an organised project folder with schedules, approvals and supplier data.
• Distribute project information to client, teams and suppliers on time.
• Support supplier procurement, request quotations and review scopes of work.
• Coordinate third‑party suppliers and monitor delivery milestones and safety.
• Assist with budgets, cost tracking and reconciliation of project costs.
• Coordinate build schedules, permits, risk assessments and project closure records.
